I create working systems that are flexible and simple for home offices or closets. Clients can do the upkeep themselves or call me in on an ongoing or sporadic schedule, as their schedules and needs permit. My aim is to help you become self sufficient and relaxed about your bill paying, tax preparation, and other necessary evils, but if upkeep is not your "style" or intention, I can do it for you.
I hold an initial meeting with each client at their location, to assess their needs and wishes. If the meeting is for fact-finding only, it is a free consultation. If I begin work, the charge is $25 per hour. Typically I schedule one or more meetings per week until the job is finished. In that case, the fee remains $25 per hour. For less frequent scheduling, the fee is $35 per hour. There is a two hour minimum in both cases.
I can purchase needed office items if necessary, and will obtain the client's approval of the cost before the purchase. I do not use subcontractors as this is a personal service, and I prefer to get to know the client and follow through myself. I enjoy this work and love the results!
