"I have a portable air conditioner which is vented through a sliding glass door. The door slides to close on the existing vent unit. Because the vent is only 45" in height I needed an insert to close off the open space above it. They made a plexiglass insert with a handle that I can easily place on top of the existing vent. They notched it so that the bottom was secured to the top of the existing vent. I had thought that some sort of track would have to be put there but they came up with this much better solution on their own. They responded quickly to my queries, and even called me when the I forgot to hit "send" an email reply. Work was completed in just a few days after the original estimate. It took them 5 hours to do the work, since they had to make a few trips to Lowe's and Home Depot to get parts, but the price was still very reasonable. Fast, responsive, creative, not that expensive. Very pleased with their work!"
