"We live in Coto de Caza in Orange County, and needed nets put under the eaves of our house to prevent swallows from nesting and making a mess every year. I called a more local company and was given a ridiculously high quote, so I did a google search and found Right Way. Katie, who did the estimate by google mapping our house (!) was super nice and the cost was less than a third of the first quote. We scheduled an appointment and it took a bit longer than expected because of a couple of delays, but that was fine since swallows season is still several months away. Chris, the owner, did all the work himself, was very sweet, and did a great job. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Right Way and would highly recommend them to anyone with a bird or animal issue. "

"Right Way Animal Control responded quickly to a phone message I left and came over the same day to assess the situation of a raccoon inhabiting my attic. They were extremely thorough: first confirming that there was only one hole that was being used to access the attic, then affixing a one way door so that animal wouldn't be able to return once he went out to look for food. They also located the spot on my roof that the animal was using as a latrine and cleaned up the droppings. Lastly, Right Way returned to confirm that the one way door worked, and then went into the attic to make sure it was clean and undamaged. Two years previous I had the identical problem and had another company come and fortify my attic. Right Way redid the previous fortification with stronger materials and gave me a three year guarantee against critters getting in the secure perimeter."

"I called Right Way after noticing and hearing birds in my attic. He came out the next day to do the inspection. He checked my attic and found four bird nests. He even took a picture of the biggest one. Luckily, there weren't any birds living in them. Unluckily, he gave me the bad news that not only were there birds living in my attic, but rats too. He showed me the trails, tunnels, and droppings. He explained a couple options. He could install a door where they get out, but not back in, or he could in the most humane way get rid of them altogether. I chose the latter. He spent all day cleaning up the nests, and sealing any and all entrances animals could possibly get into. He set traps for the rats and told me he would be back in a few days to check them. Chris was super duper nice and explained everything. He even mowed my lawn and I am not kidding. I asked him if he could show me the high setting on my lawnmower and he ended up just mowing my lawn. I couldn't believe someone could be so nice, that just doesn't happen much anymore. You hear stories of people buying people's coffee at Starbucks, but not this. I was completely surprised and so happy. He definitely works from the kindness of his own heart."

"Chris was amazing. After a falcon got trapped on our deck, I called Right Way Animal Control -- on a SUNDAY! Chris came to our home in less than 10 minutes, and saved the falcon in about 2 minutes. He clearly knows a great deal about falcons (and other animals). AND, he didn't even charge anything for his trouble! It's obvious that he is a true animal lover. I can't recommend this company highly enough. He was a true professional, and has great customer service. Right Way will be the first company I call if we're ever in need of an animal rescue again!
