You usually will find my prices to be fair. I would suggest staying away from people that will do work for you very cheap. You get what you pay for. I am always available unless I am on another job. We are a small family business with approximately five employees. We handle medium to large residential jobs. We accept checks but do not accept credit cards. Progress payments may be made over the course of a job with final payment being made at or shortly after completion. We work directly for homeowners and also for General Contractors (GC's). Most GC's will not have someone in their employ who can handle stucco/plaster due to the specialized nature of the work. GC's usually hire a company such as ourselves. If you already have a General Contractor, it is acceptable to suggest that they call us, although we are very happy to contract with you directly.

As the owner of Pacific Plastering, I have 20 years experience in the industry, working throughout Southern California, largely in the South Orange County coastal area. Pacific Plastering has been in business since 2003. We specialize in the Santa Barbara "smooth" finish but can do any finish our clients prefer.
As a lather by trade for over 20 years, I am an expert in leak prevention and detection. I use bituthane and polyurethane sealants with a ten year warranty on all labor and material. All scaffolding set on the projects are set and owned by Pacific Plastering. We've set scaffolding on hillside homes, cliffs, even reefs throughout Laguna Beach, Pelican Hills, Corona Del Mar, and Newport Beach.
Plaster is applied by hawk and troweled and floated by hand. No spray gun is used for the brown coat. Its darby'd and rodded to perfection. Efis mesh and bonder is applied to reduce cracking prior to color coat.
