I like to use a whole body well-ness approach to my personal training by bring together ancient Eastern and traditional Western techniques that work to give balance to the mind and body. I understand that there are many areas that contribute to building a healthy body and keeping it that way for a lifetime.
Originally from San Francisco I live in Valley Village, Ca with my husband, two cats and doggie. I enjoys world travel, cooking, training Kung Fu, skiing, and SCUBA diving.
I believe in training my mind, body and soul as an integrated whole. To help achieve this I train regularly in Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Yoga. I, also, love weight training and pilates.
Most recently, in the Summer of 2012, I visited China with my Wushu school as part of an exchange program and international tournament.
Working with the body is a passion and love of mine. I'm constantly continuing my anatomy and physiology education so I can give my clients the best information and techniques available.
