We do mostly Bid and Contract work which means we come out and look at your project, spend time making sure we understand what it is you want, what materials, and when you want it done. we than put together a bid to do work that we present to you to go over at this time if agreeable we will put together a contract or go back and correct or make any changes to bid. our goal is to present a contract to our clients that address the total cost, what exactly we our doing, when we will start and finish and what we need from clients. We have found over almost 40yrs. that this works best for our clients. FEES : We do some small repairs by hour but again find that giving a person a fixed price works better Hrly fee is $125.00 If we have to do many hours of consuling work prior to bidding, or drawings are needed to obtain permits we have a sliding scale Starting at $75.00 per hour We charge for extra design and drawing work ahead so we can be fair with all clients for time we spend,many of these fees end up being waived when we do work.
